Pickup and delivery are available throughout the Denver metro area. These zones are estimates for planning purposes — final transportation pricing is confirmed at booking based on actual driving distance.

One transportation fee covers pickup and return delivery for the entire order from a single address.
Multiple services or items from the same address do not increase the transportation fee.

Workshop drop-off is available by appointment at our Bear Valley location in Southwest Denver, with no transportation charge. The exact address is provided privately after your appointment is approved and payment is confirmed — the same owner-approval process used for every pickup and delivery request.

How does ski and snowboard pickup and delivery work in Denver?
You request a preferred pickup window and address when booking. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we collect your equipment during that window, complete the requested tuning or repair work, and return it to the same address.
Can multiple skis or snowboards share one transportation fee?
Yes. One transportation fee applies per order from a single address, regardless of how many eligible skis or snowboards are included — additional items from the same address never increase the fee.
How is transportation pricing calculated?
Transportation pricing is based on actual driving distance from our Bear Valley workshop, confirmed at booking. Orders within 5 driving miles that include a tuning package qualify for free pickup & delivery; farther zones use the flat per-order fees shown below, and distances beyond 15 miles receive a custom quote.
How are appointment windows and booking approvals handled?
Every appointment request — pickup, delivery, or workshop drop-off — is reviewed and approved by the owner before it's confirmed. A request is never automatically booked; same-day requests are welcome and reviewed the same way.
